Setup menu
The Setup menu on the Axe-Fx III and FM3 gives access to important system parameters. It has the following submenus:

I/O
The I/O menu lets you configure all audio inputs and outputs, USB levels and the pedal port(s).
IR Capture
This lets you capture impulse responses through the hardware. Alternatively, use Cab-Lab.
MIDI/Remote
The MIDI/Remote menu: configure MIDI settings and external controllers
