- The Ring Modulator works great as an octaver, adding a low octave. Enable the TRACKING parameter, set FREQ at 500 Hz, and turn down HI CUT to 500 Hz or lower.
Ring Modulator as a Tremolo
- You can configure the Ring Modulator to act as a tremolo, by turning down Frequency all the way.
Creating an "evil" Whammy effect
- For a cool effect: attach a pedal to the FREQ parameter. This turns the Ring Modulator into an "evil" Whammy.
