A bank is 128 patches or presets. Both the Standard and the Ultra have three banks of 128 patches known as A/B/C, giving a total of 384 available patch storage locations. From the factory, since firmware 5.23, the Ultra now has 384 presets. The Standard has 256 with 128 Blank Slots in Bank C for custom presets.
