Could you point users to the forum in the help link in the sidebar?

It looks like you already know how to do this, but you can change MediaWiki:Sidebar to change the line ** helppage|Help so that it reads ** https://forum.fractalaudio.com/|Help instead.

I'm asking because it looks like someone from your wiki ended up on the MediaWiki support desk and we won't be much help there.
