The Setup menu on the Axe-Fx III and FM3 gives access to important system parameters.

The FC Controllers menu lets you configure the FC-6 and FC-12 controllers on the hardware
Global
The I/O menu lets you configure all audio inputs and outputs, USB and the pedal port(s)
The MIDI/Remote menu lets you configure MIDI settings
