Synth: preset examples

• Forum members Simeon and Swedish Chef have created great synth presets. Search the forum and Axe-Change.

Synth: warming up the sound

• If the synth sounds too sterile, add a Drive after it.

Synth: generating pink or white noise

• The Synth block can generate white or pink noise:
  • White noise
  • Pink noise

Synth: using scene controllers to change the pitch

• You can change the pitch of sustained synth notes by using Scene controllers.

• Cliff: "The Synth block in the Axe-Fx is a very simple monophonic synth. It doesn't compare to the polyphonic capabilities of something like the FTP and it can't control outboard MIDI synths." Source
