About the Metronome
The Metronome is not an effect block. It’s part of the Tempo menu.
To hear the metronome signal, turn up the level. The level can be set per output and USB/Digital. The Axe-Fx II and AX8 send the metronome signal through Output 1 only.
Tips, tricks and troubleshooting
Remote control
You can start and stop the Metronome through MIDI by pressing a switch that has been assigned to the Metronome's MIDI CC.
If the Metronome starts automatically and cannot be stopped, it's probably triggered by a MIDI CC transmitted by your DAW. Disable this in your DAW, or set the Metronome's MIDI CC to NONE in the Setup menu.
Turn the Synth into a metronome
