Through the Modifier menu you can customize the behavior of a controller. For example, if you attach the Wah block to an external controller (attached to a pedal), you can use the Modifier menu in the Wah block to configure stuff like Auto-engage, Damping etc.
The Axe-Fx II introduces MIN and MAX values which are actual parameter values (not percentages). For example, to change the delay time in a range between 500 - 700 ms, set MIN to 500 ms and MAX to 700 ms. Then 0% corresponds to 500 ms and 100% corresponds to 700 ms.
