Could you point users to the forum in the help link in the sidebar?

It looks like you already know how to do this, but you can change [[MediaWiki:Sidebar]] to change the line <code>** helppage|Help</code> so that it reads <code><nowiki>** https://forum.fractalaudio.com/|Help</nowiki></code> instead.

I'm asking because it looks like someone from your wiki ended up on the [https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Topic:W6qivmde4wucuz79 MediaWiki support desk] and we won't be much help there.
