The Axe-Fx ultra edition most probably uses the TigerSHARC ADSP-TS201S, which can run at 600MHz and has 24Mbits of on-chip memory.

The TigerSHARC ADSP-TS201S has 6x the amount of memory and is 20% faster than the ADSP-TS203S 500MHz/4Mbit version used in the Axe-Fx standard model.
