The looper is a mode of the Delay block on the Axe-Fx Ultra. Each block allows for up to 16 seconds of loop time. Assignments for each loop's mode toggles are made globally.
One great 'hidden' feature of the looper is that it will save it's memory when you change to a patch that has also a looper
