This is a list of the cabinets which the Axe-Fx G1 models emulate.

Axe-Fx name Cabinet modeled
1x6 Oval = 6" Supro

Manual / website: 6x9 oval (like in an automobile) speaker used in some early amplifiers (Supro). Match this up with a Plexi model and crank out some Zep.

1x8 Tweed = 1x8 Fender Blues Jr.

Manual / website: Single Fender 8" speaker. Good match for the Blues distortion. Really thin and cutting for roots blues leads.

1x10 Gold =1x10 Chicago Jensen C10N

Manual / website: Single Jensen C10N 10" vintage speaker.

1x10 Blue = 1x10 Alnico Blue

Manual / website: Single 10" Alnico "Blue" speaker.

1x12 Tweed = Fender 1x12 Tweed

Manual / website: Based on the original 12" speaker used in an early Fender "Tweed" amplifier.

1x12 Black = Fender blackface 1x12

Manual / website: Based on the single 12" speaker used in the Fender "Blackfaced" tube amps.

1x12 Brit = Vox 1x12

Manual / website: Based on the single 12" speaker used in Vox tube amps.

1x12 E12L = EVM-12L 1x12

Manual / website: Based on a single American, high-powered 12" speaker that was popular as an aftermarket replacement. A Thiele cab was used.

1x12 Studio = Mesa Studio 22 1x12

Manual / website: Based on a single 12" speaker found in the Mesa Studio 22.

1x12 Open = Open-back Eminence 1x12. This is a "far-field" IR.

Manual / website: Based on a single 12" speaker in an open-back Eminence cabinet.

1x12 Blues = Open-back Fender 1x12

Manual: / website Based on the single 12” speaker used in the popular Fender Pro tube amp.

1x15 Blues = Peavey Delta Blues 1x15

Manual / website: Based on the single 15” speaker used in a popular Peavey blues amp.

2x12 Black = Fender Deluxe / Twin Reverb 2x12

Manual / website: Based on the dual 12" speaker cabinet used in the Fender "Blackfaced" tube amps.

2x12 Brit = Vox AC30 with 2x12 Alnico Blue's

Manual / website: Based on the dual 12" speaker cabinet used in Vox tube amps.

2x12 Cust = Custom 2x12 cab for boutique amps like the Dumble

Manual / website: A "custom" dual 12" speaker cabinet emulation based loosely on the evaluation of various "Boutique" amplifiers.

2X12 Tweed = Fender 2x12 Tweed

Manual / website: Based on the sound of two classic American 12” speakers in a Fender tweed-covered cabinet.

2x12 Boutiq = Matchless 2x12

Manual / website: Based on a boutique 2x12 speaker cabinet from amp maker Mark Sampson (Matchless).

2x12 Gold = Celestion Alnico Gold 2x12 (far-field IR)

Manual / website: Captured by audio engineer and Axe-Fx user Jay Mitchell. This is a “far-field” model based on the famous “gold” speakers made in England.

2x12 G12H = Celestion G12-65 2x12 (far-field IR)

Manual / website: Another far-field IR from Jay Mitchell this time using popular British 12” drivers.

2x12 Blue = Chicago Jensen P12Q (Fender)

Manual / website: Based on the sound of two classic American 12” speakers with blue labels.

4x10 Bass = Fender 4x10 Bassman

Manual / website: Based on the venerable Fender Bassman amplifier.

4x12 Recto1 = Mesa Boogie 4x12 Rectifier cab

Manual / website: Matches up nicely with the amp simulation of the same name for that chunky, mid-scooped sound.

4x12 Recto2 = Mesa Boogie 4x12 Rectifier cab

Manual / website: Another version of the Recto1 cab model.

4x12 Brit = Marshall with 4x12 Celestion Vintage 30's

Manual / website: Based on the sound of modern British cabinets equipped with V30's.

4x12 20W = Marshall with 4x12 20 Watt Greenbacks

Manual / website: Captures the essence of a Marshall 4x12 qwith greenbacks (low-power drivers and unique response).

4x12 25W = Marshall with 4x12 25 Watt Greenbacks

Manual / website: Based on the sound of a Marshall 4x12 cabinet with greenbacks (1970's).

4x12 75W = Marshall with 4x12 Celestion G12T75's

Manual / website: Based on the sound of the British 4x12 cabinets prevalent in the 1980's. A good match for the Metal or Hellbeast Amp Simulations.

4x12 30W = Marshall with 4x12 Celestion Heritage G12H speakers

Manual / website: Based on the sound of a Marshall 4x12 with reissue 30W G12H speakers.

4X12 Green = 4X12 with 4x12 Celestion Greenbacks

Manual / website: Based on a 4x12 cabinet with legendary “Greenback” speakers.

4x12 V30 = Generic 4x12 with Celestion V30's. You'll find notes here and there about this cab being based upon a "Framus" cab but that's outdated information.

Manual / website: A “vintage” 4x12 30W cabinet model.

4x12 T75 = Marshall 4x12 T75

Manual / website: Captured by guitarist, engineer and Axe-Fx user Jocke Skog of the band Clawfinger. This is a great model of a Marshall 4x12 with 75W speakers.

4x12 German A 4x12 cabinet. The manual states that it's an Engl cab but according to the firmware release notes it's a Bogner cab.

Manual / website: Based on the “Energyball” cabinet.

4x12 Metal = Engl 4x12

Manual / website: Another model captured by Jocke Skog of the band Clawfinger. This is based on a Engl cabinet loaded with vintage 30W speakers.

4x12 JM2000 = Marshall JCM2000 4x12

Manual / website: Based on a modern 4x12 cabinet from the famous British amp maker.

4x12 South = Peavey 6505 4x12

Manual / website: Based on a Peavey 4x12 cabinet.

4x12 Cali = Mesa Boogie Traditional 4x12

Manual / website: Based on a Mesa Boogie 4x12 cabinet.

4X10 Alum = Hartke 4x10

Manual / website: based on a Hartke 4x10" bass cabinet with aluminum drivers.

8x10 Bass = Ampeg SVT 8x10

1x15 Bass = SWR 1x15
